Returns/Exchanges (In-store Purchases):

All items carries a 15 days worry free return/exchange policy from the date of purchase.

  • Unopened Items: All unopened items can be return for full refund/exchange within the time frame.
  • Opened Items: All opened items can be return for full refund/exchange within the time frame. Items must be in brand new conditions and all parts must be included when you return/exchange.(item may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee)
    • Memory Cards: can not return/exchange any memory card once its opened.
    • Hard Wiring Products: can not return/exchange any hard wiring products once its opened.

  • Unopened Items: All unopened items can be return for full refund/exchange within the time frame. (our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund)
  • Opened Items: All opened items can be return for full refund/exchange within the time frame. Items must be in brand new conditions and all parts must be included when you return/exchange.(item may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee) (our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund)
    • Memory Cards: can not return/exchange any memory card once its opened.
    • Hard Wiring Products: can not return/exchange any hard wiring products once its opened.

 

Warranty:

Items listed below carries a limited warranty. The warranty covers any factory defects and malfunctions. Any physical damage, abuse, improper usage or installation will not be covered by the warranty.

 Dash Cameras 1 year limited warranty
Accessories 180 days limited warranty

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENT WHEN AN WARRANTY CLAIM IS MADE. RECEIPT IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
